The Spiritual Secret To Happiness Hidden In This Jimmy Stewart Movie

A couple of weeks ago I watched for the first time an old Jimmy Stewart movie from 1950 called "Harvey." I'm not sure why I decided to keep on watching it but it somehow caught my attention.

And boy am I glad I did watch it. That movie held a hidden secret to happiness for those with the awareness to recognize the secret and live differently after seeing this movie.

I've read several reviews of the movie, but a good portion of the reviewers made no mention of the most important thing revealed in this so-called comedy. These people just didn't get the incredible secret to constant happiness that was being revealed to them.

I can see why. It takes a certain kind of spiritual training to understand that you could use this principle in your daily life. I've heard of "constantly focusing on divine love" or "practicing the presence of God," but this movie applied this idea in a very different way than I was used to thinking.

In fact, it's changed how I view and react to life. Jimmy Stewarts character Elwood P. Dowd was always happy. Nothing appearing negative could faze him or take him out of his belief that every day is a beautiful day.

He was a perfect example of being CAUSE or the conscious source of his own reality. No matter how bad things appeared to others, to Elwood it was always a wonderful thing. He always reframed things "that appeared negative to others" into something positive. This was just his natural state of being. Nothing difficult here.

The magical result of his thinking and belief system was that nothing could harm him, even though he was in ominous circumstances several times in the movie.

It's the Law of Attraction in action. Expect good things to come and they always will. It's a law of the universe and it works universally. And if no matter how negative something appears you treat it as a good thing, then all you'll get is a constant flow of positive experiences. This is the spiritual art of detachment.

In the movie, the reason nothing seemingly negative ever happened to Elwood P. Dowd was that he had a magical friend a 6 foot 3.5 inch rabbit that protected him. This invisible rabbit (but visible to Elwood) mysteriously manipulated events so that no one could do any harm to Elwood.
I realized, that we all have this rabbit or pooka with us should we so choose. We live in a dynamic spiritual universe. All we do is spiritual. Whether it's business, or talking with friends and family members, it's all spiritual. Spiritual lessons can be learned in any field of endeavor.

But if you want to enter into the spiritual dimensions of abundance and love there are very specific rules you must follow. You can't experience love for instance, if you don't give love.

Another rule is that Soul or "you" exist in the moment. It's what you're doing in the present moment that counts, the past and future don't matter. No matter if you're the worst mass murderer, God never holds it against you, if in that moment you open to divine love, then even the most evil person will experience heaven and happiness.

If you hold any kind of grudge, then in that moment you can't enter into the spiritual kingdom. God is all forgiving, if we want to be happy all the time, then we must go beyond our egos and be all forgiving as well.

The key to heaven lies in the moment. If you want to be happy, then only see happiness and love around you. Expect only the best and you'll get it.

One of my favorite parts of the movie had to deal with "being pleasant." That was such a golden nugget of wisdom. Look for it in the movie and it could change the course of your life for the better.

This is one of those movies I plan to watch over and over again. I've already seen it twice and I plan on getting my own DVD of it.

To Your Radiant Health, Happiness and Fitness, Roger Haeske

P.S. Remember no matter how negative a situation seems to be, it's only your perception of negativity that makes it negative. Try to only see the positive no matter how you would have reacted to the same circumstances in the past. When you do that, then every day will be "A beautiful day in the neighborhood." Can You Build Bigger Muscles With Your Mind Alone?

This is truly fascinating. This story was related by Lynne McTaggart the author of "The Intention Experiment."

A study was done with two groups of people.

Group 1: Worked out in a gym.

Group 2: Just thought about their biceps getting bigger.

Group 1 people that worked out in a gym had a 30% increase in the size of their biceps. The astonishing thing is that the Group 2 people had a 15% increase in the size of their biceps.

I don't have any of the details of this study. But I'd love to see how it was designed.

This Is Even More Amazing: Past Changed Through Visualization

Here's another fascinating thing Lynne spoke about on her Coast To Coast interview with Art Bell. She mentioned two studies on this topic.

In one study, two groups of people with some kind of blood disorder disease (I believe it was Sepsis) in Israel were used.

One group was treated with visualization and the other group was not. I don't remember the exact statistics but the group that had people visualizing their healing had much better health results than the group that received no group visualization.

The interesting thing is that these patients were sick and I believe out of the hospital in the early 1990's but the visualization treatment didn't happen until the somewhere in the 2000's.

There was another study she mentioned that was actually published in Lancet. I don't remember all the details but basically some kind of computer program was created. After it was created it's construction was somehow altered from the original via the power of group visualization.

This is fascinating stuff and has great potential for altering your reality for the better. (And for the worse if not used carefully.)

The Real Secret To Conquering Anxiety!

Conquering anxiety, fear and depression is fairly easy once you know the source of it. In this post I'm going to show you the surprising source of all fears. When you understand this principle, you'll be able to use it for much more than overcoming anxiety, it can revolutionize your life.

I'm also going to share some quotes from the Orison S. Marden special report entitled "Courage." You can get your own complimentary copy of it by going to this page. http://imaginationscience.com/OrisonMarden.htm

Getting back to the previous blog post and why I thought his writing is so powerful. On a certain level, I have to agree with the person criticizing Orison's report as not having much 'direct' self-help information. But it's loaded with indirect courage and character boosters.

So I'll share some of his quotes and inject some of my responses to these quotes. But first let me explain about the cause of fear and anxiety.

The Source of All Fears and Anxieties

In my previous blog post, I stated this:

I'll share with you an insight on the cause of fear and how to easily beat fear by simply changing your perspective. It's really all about "looking and creating"

What I'm telling you is very important. Don't overlook what you are about to read. This could change your life if you understand and apply it.

If you've ever experienced fear, I can show you how to shut it off instantly and I'll show you the source of all fear. Once you understand the source of the fear, then it's much easier to turn it off.

Fear can only happen if you LOOK in a certain direction. What I mean by that is the looker inside of us, the consciousness that is you, or soul is constantly looking. This looking is actually creating your reality.

What most souls don't realize is that they are constantly creating their reality by what they look at. Or another way of saying it is, by what thoughts and images they CHOOSE to think about and feel.

Fear is nothing but an image and emotion. It's something we look at from a spiritual perspective. The more we look at fear, the stronger the fear becomes. We are the actual creator of our own fears. Yes that's right. Let me say it again.

We are the creator of our own fears. We are the very source of the thing we fear.

To get rid of fear instantly, all we have to do is to look at something else in our imagination. How can you fear what you don't see or feel? Look at images of happiness, success, light and love. You can't have fear while you're looking at them.

The problem is people wrongly believe that fear is something outside of themselves. However, I've realized that fear is simply an inner image that I have at times chosen to look at. This quote from Marden might help you.

"Cowards die many times before their deaths; The valiant never taste death but once."

If you understand that quote, you instantly understand what you need to do. Live your life in the moment and never look at thoughts of fear. Deal with fear only in the moment it's happening. Then you'll only have to face fear once, if at all. In truth, you never have to face fear if you don't create fear by looking at it.

When This Technique Doesn't Fully Work

Now I must say one thing here. During my 6.5 years of depression, this technique did not completely work for me. My body and brain were so messed up that I simply couldn't shake the emotional feeling of gloom and doom. My body chemistry didn't allow me to expand to a state of happiness, even when doing my darndest to focus on happiness.

If you are depressed or have subtle nagging fears it could very well be your diet. I've met so many people who went raw and overcame depression by going raw. For me all it took was one day and my depression was over.

If you want to overcome depression, feel years younger, lose excess fat around the middle and operate at peak mental and physical efficiency, then I suggest you check out HowToGoRaw.com for the coaching, support and motivation to make going raw fun and enjoyable.

During my depression I focused on God as much as possible. I chanted spiritual words all through my workday. But this was only good enough to get me to survive the day, not to feel happy. But if your brain is functioning properly, this technique will work for you right away.

But it doesn't just apply to fear, it applies to anything else in life. What you ignore dies in your consciousness and what you focus upon magnifies. If you feel cravings for an unhealthy food, those cravings are all created by what you are looking at. Yes it's true.

The battle in life is mostly a battle in the mind.

Here Are The Rest Of The Orison Marden Quotes

Please keep one thing in mind. These quotes are about 100 years old. So when he's talking about "man" you can insert "human" instead. Even in his report on "Courage" he shares a story of a famous female author. That's just a limitation of the English language and no one was politically correct in those days.

"No one believes in him because he does not believe in himself."

If you have constant fears and doubts then you'll never move towards a successful life. I know this from my own experience and seeing it in those around me.

Fear keeps people trapped. Fear must be overcome and self-confidence instilled. Again, this is all a looking process.

"Much of what passes for heroism, when in great catastrophes men rescue others from burning buildings or perform daring deeds in a railroad wreck or shipwreck, or on the field of battle, is born of excitement and a natural impulse to rush into danger.

Greater than all these heroes is the man who, in the face of ridicule, amid the sneers and contempt of fellowman, in spite of popular clamor, stands true to principle, justice, right. Moral courage is a nobler, higher thing than mere physical, courage.

There is a sublimity about moral courage which seems to ride triumphantly over the difficulties which awe timid souls because it releases us from the fear of man, the fear of public opinion, the fear of criticism and denunciation of our fellows."

Reading the above three paragraphs made me realize it is right to stand for my convictions, even if everyone around me is telling me I am wrong and hating me for it. A leader often has to take an unpopular stand in life. I can't stand politicians who only take action after they have studied the polls. Where is their backbone? What about doing what is right?

"What a rare thing it is to find a man who is courageous enough to say what he thinks, to think out loud; has the courage to step out of the crowd, to make his own creed and live it!"

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

"A great deal of unhappiness and vice of the world is owing to weakness and indecision, in other words, to lack of courage and want of industry. Men may know what is right, and yet fail to exercise the courage to do it; they may understand the duty they have to do but will not summon up the requisite resolution to perform it.

The weak and undisciplined man is at the mercy of every temptation, he cannot say "no," and if his companionship be bad, he will be all the more easily led away by evil example and wrong doing."

The last quote is so powerful for me, because I have a friend who's falling victim to those problems. But the quotes made clear at least to me, what the problem was. I really hope she reads my post. I already sent her the Marden report, but I can't force her to read it.

Did you notice this part of the quote?: "if his companionship be bad" If you want to be a success you have to be very careful who you spend the majority of your time with. Also be careful who you let your children spend time with. This is crucial.

"Positive men, decisive men of force, may take false steps, may make mistakes, sometimes serious ones, but in a lifetime they accomplish infinitely more than the negative, timid character, who never dared to push ahead or risk making a mistake. The over cautious person, the one who always weighs and balances an reconsiders every step lest he make a slip, may have a safe career, but never a great one. It is ever the bold man, the independent, aggressive, forceful character, the man of strong convictions who is victorious."

The above quote is truly inspiring. The road to success is paved with many mistakes. The key is not to repeat the same mistake. If you want to get really good at something, you have to make the most mistakes.

"He can't who thinks he can't, is just as true as, he can who thinks he can. As we think, so we are."

Ok then, I hope you enjoyed these quotes and that you now know how to conquer fear forever.

Cancel Painful Mistakes... The Groundhog Day Technique Revisited!

(I originally wrote this article in 2002. It was quite popular back then and I improved this version with a little editing.)

Do you feel stuck on the treadmill of life? Are your days less than exciting and lacking fulfillment? Do you regret certain things you've done and wish you could have a 'do over'?

Then you may be interested in learning what I call "The Groundhog Day Technique." Part of this technique, I gleaned from the book, Awakened Imagination, by Neville Goddard and the other part, from the classic movie "Groundhog Day," with Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell. I've used this method with great results for years. May it be as useful to you.

Awakened Imagination has a chapter on forgiving yourself and recreating your day, the way you would have liked it to go, in your imagination. By closing my eyes and viewing the day, the way I want it to be, I am, in a sense, rewriting my reality. It's just like being in the movie Groundhog Day.

In that movie, the main character, Bill Murray (the egotistical weatherman Phil Conners), constantly relives a snowy Groundhog Day (up to 10 years worth of the same day), February 2nd in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. For most of the movie, Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania is the last place he wants to be. This is the town where if the groundhog sees his shadow, we are supposed to have six more weeks of winter.

Every morning he wakes up at 6am to the same old song and voices on the radio, and its Groundhog Day all over again. Everything is exactly the same. Things can only change if he takes different actions. He is the only person who remembers what happened on the previous versions of Groundhog Day. For everyone else, it's like any other normal day, and they don't know what is going to happen or remember the past versions of the day.

It is one of my favorite movies. He goes through many different experiences. He realizes he doesn't have to suffer any consequences because the next day he gets to start all over again.

Therefore, he indulges himself with all sorts of food and pastries. He finds out personal details about a woman so he can convince her they went to the same high school in order to get her to sleep with him. On later days, he starts breaking the law and he ends up in jail, but in the morning, he wakes up in the hotel and its Groundhog Day, all over again.

Later he kills himself. He does so several times but the next day he wakes up in the same bed and it's Groundhog Day all over again.

After thousands of days of the same day, he starts turning himself into a better man. He starts saving people, taking piano lessons, learnes the names of all the people in the town and gets to know just about everyone.

Eventually he is able to get his girl, but only when he's given up on that goal, via manipulation and trickery and instead is just doing good deeds, all day long and being himself. She ends up loving him because of the man he became. Previously he tried to seduce her by knowing all her interests but she intuitively felt something was wrong.

It is a wonderful movie and even has a few funny moments in it. I don't understand why people call it a comedy. It's actually a deeply inspiring spiritual story.

Your Own Groundhog Day

In essence, we have our own Groundhog Days every time we wake up. We can choose to live our lives and get the most out of them or be like Bill Murray was at first; very negative and self-centered. Each day is a chance to improve on the previous day. And we can even correct problems from the past.

How To Do The Groundhog Day Technique

Before falling asleep at night, simply visualize your day the way you would have liked it to go. Do you wish you didn't do or say something? Do you wish you had worked on a project instead of channel surfing the TV for 4 hours and having watched nothing interesting? Just look at your whole day and see areas of your day the way you wish they were. Make it a reality in your imagination. Even if you got negative news, replay it in your imagination in a positive light.

Even if events happen, you can take away the sting by visualizing a positive outcome. Say you had an argument with someone at work. You can visualize the experience, as having gone on without any confrontation at all. The amazing thing is that your visualization will affect the other person on a subconscious level. I've proven this in my own life repeatedly. We are all interconnected spiritually. If you send out positive vibrations, then only good things will come back to you. You don't have to react to circumstances -- you can create them.

If you visualize bad things, then bad things will come back to you. Don't be quick to anger because it will come back to you. Your thoughts are very powerful -- you must be careful with them. Be careful in how you speak to yourself, in your inner dialogue. What you say will manifest itself in some form in your life. It may simply manifest in limited thinking and therefore limited results.

Now to the second part of the technique: I start my day in the morning by visualizing how I would like my day to go. You can visualize things you expect to do. You can also visualize meeting people or having a day of adventure. You'll certainly have a better chance of attracting these things into your life if you expect them to happen. You can even repeat to yourself that you are going to have a magical day. Try it, it works.

Say it Now: "I'm going to have a magical day."

I've been getting fantastic results. I get much more accomplished. Plus my day is infused with the magic of imagination. I live the life I've imagined and it is extremely enjoyable.

Visualization is equivalent to programming a computer, except you are programming your own mind. It's a great way to get you doing more of what you really want to do, even if you have some initial resistance or bad habits.

I just do a short reading of a spiritually inspiring book and then I do my visualization for 10 to 15 minutes. Then at night, I do another visualization as I go to bed and relive my day the way I would have liked it to go. But as I'm improving, I find less need to revise the day because I am more and more happy with the way my day is going.

You could shorten the technique even more by doing it at night in bed as you are falling asleep. Then in the morning visualize your day going the way you want it to go while you are still in bed. Even if you just put in 5 minutes a day, morning and night total, the technique is quite effective because you are creating your day rather than reacting to it.

Another thing you can do is to revise past events that are still bothering you. They could have been from years back. However, if you have guilt or anger from a past event, that anger is still affecting you in the present. You have to forgive to be able to move on in life.

Anger and feelings of guilt, attract discord and negative results in your life. That is why it's not good to be argumentative or to be pessimistic. You attract into your life what you imagine and what you BELIEVE you are. Why not be an optimist instead? You'll find that you have a much more positive and magical life when you do this.

The Greatest Power Is Your Imagination, Roger Haeske

You Are The Cause

"You Are The Cause Of The Results In Your Life"

You are the cause of most things good and bad in your life. If you understand this concept, you are well on your way to getting conscious control of your life. All the situations, things and people in your life you have attracted and chosen.

Some even claim (I tend to agree with this) you have even chosen your parents and what kind of childhood situation you'd be in before you came into this lifetime in the physical world.

Put two people in the same circumstances and you often get two very differing sets of reactions.

For instance, I know someone (a teenager) who is embarrassed to be a raw foodist amongst some of his high school friends. He tries to hide this fact from other people. Yet I know some other raw food teenagers who were proud to be raw foodists. Going raw dramatically improved their lives and they are happy to share that information with others.

The same with adults going raw. Some people go raw and are afraid to get questioned by others about their diet. They are afraid to be different.

Yet in all the time I've been raw, this thought never once entered my mind. I was never, ever afraid of being ostracized because I ate raw foods. That didn't even occur to me.

Why would I care what someone else thought, I was just eating to maximize my own health, happiness and peak performance. I don't feel different because I only eat raw foods. I'm still a human just like the rest of us. Nothing different here.

When the topic of my diet comes up, I'm glad to share it with other people. I don't even get people criticizing me about it. It's the funniest thing. It seems that I know so much about it, that I rarely if ever get anyone challenging me about it.

This is because of my state of consciousness. I've attracted these situations. People can subconsciously tell that it would be futile to argue with me about it because I'm an expert in the field. But the thing is that these people I randomly meet don't know I'm an expert, but subconsciously they feel it and react to my energy. Another person doing the same exact thing to this person might get a completely different reaction.

Remember, you are the cause.

Think about your own life. Is it the situation or your own consciousness and belief system that actually controls what happens? Why is it that some guys attract all the girls and some guys just repel them? It's not even about looks, it's about your inner state of being.

Let me share a couple of more quotes from Dr. Joe Vitale's book, "The Attractor Factor." pg 46 and 47. This is taken from a dialog with a friend about taking full responsibility in your life.

(Pg 46)

"I don't sit around picturing car accidents," my friend blurted out.

"Maybe not consciously," I said. "But do you watch the news?"

"Yes."

(RH Comment: Even just having a negative, angry or fearful attitude will attract accidents and other bad things to happen to us. This has happened to me countless times when I'm angry and upset at the way things are. Things then get even worse. Whatever you focus upon you magnify.)

"Wouldn't you say the news is all about negative stuff—from accidents to murders to crises in countries we never heard of?"

"Yes, but—"

"Your mind is soaking up that programming," I explained. "And have you ever noticed how movies plant ideas in your mind?"

"What kind of ideas?"

"Well, ever notice how big business is always the bad guy?"

"You mean like in movies like Wall Street?"

"Yes! Those movies teach you that money is bad, or that it corrupts, or that wealthy people are bad," I went on. "The point is, all of this is programming your mind to attract the very things you'd prefer not to experience."

(RH Comment: This is also prevalent training in newspapers, TV news, certain political parties and even many religions.)

Unfortunately, a vast majority of people have been trained to have a poverty mindset. They believe stuff like this: "money is the root of all evil," or "if I get wealthy that means someone else now has to be poor," or "corporations are evil."

If you believe false ideas like these, you'll have little chance of becoming wealthy. Money is neutral, it's not good or bad, it's just a tool. It's like saying water is bad because you can drown in it, or your house can be damaged by a flood. But without water you would die.

The same thing is true with fire, electricity and even guns. They can be used for good and used for bad but these things of themselves are neutral. What would you do if you had no money? It's a vital thing to have.

Corporations aren't necessarily bad or evil. It's who's running the corporation. There are many very positive things brought to us by corporations. There a charitable corporations and corporations that donate to charities. There are many products created by corporations that you need and use every day of your life.

I'm also aware of many corporations that take advantage of their wealth and could care less about the welfare of people outside of themselves. This happens all the time, but corporations aren't to blame the people who run them are the ones to blame.

(pg 47) From "The Attractor Factor,"

"Look," I began. "I know a woman who has feminist sensibilities. Because she thinks men are out to rip her off, you can send her to any store by herself and if a man waits on her, she'll experience him being a chauvinist pig."

"Maybe the guy is a pig."

"He probably is, but send a woman without the belief that men are out to get her into the same store, and she'll either not get waited on by the guy, won't notice his personality, or will simply not experience what he might otherwise do."

"So you're saying we're creating it all—al of it?"

Unfortunately, I see this poverty consciousness quite often in people. So many people even think advertising is evil. If I send out an email that advertises a useful product they automatically think this is bad.

They want me to send them great and useful emails but to never have a link to a product I've either created or that I highly recommend. In virtually all the free media or nearly free media, like newspapers, radio, TV and yes Internet websites and ezines, you have advertising to offset the costs. Unless the person or organization is independently wealthy.

What people don't realize is that the quality of my information and the quantity of the information that I'm able to provide is much better since I started earning money online. This is because I can now work full time at doing this work.

When I still had my other job teaching tennis, I didn't have as much time to write. So it came out infrequently and it wasn't as good.

Also how would you know what to buy if there wasn't advertising of some sort? Even a retail location on a busy highway is advertising. If you don't want to buy anything and live your life out in nature and be totally self-sufficient, then I understand. But otherwise you are attacking the very system that makes your lifestyle possible for you.

Please realize these principles when you see advertising. Advertising, just like anything else in life is neutral, it can be good or bad. And some people would say there is no good or bad but only perception. But that's a story for another day.

Hope you enjoyed this post.

Imagination Science Manifestation Principles

*** Superbeing Secrets ***
Raw Food, Bodyweight Fitness & Self-Mastery

"How To Get What You Really Want: RIGHT NOW"

==> Fully explained below

Dear Friend,

How are you doing today? Are you having fun? Is every day a great adventure or are you struggling with life?

* Are you experiencing more Joy or more Fear?

* Is your consciousness Expanding or Contracting?

* Do you have an awareness of God (Good) or No-God and No Good?

* Are you Fit or Fat?

* Are you Raw or Cooked?

* Are you Outflowing or Inflowing?

The other day during my daily spiritual exercise, I had some powerful insights that I had to write down. I want to share these insights with you and hope that they can help you in some way.

These concepts are not necessarily original thoughts and many are derived from memories of my past readings. But this is how those insights came out in my inspired writing (plus some editing for your eyes.)

Please realize I have been studying what I call the "Reality of Imagination" for about 19 years now. I've been consciously observing the process of creation in my life and of that of my close friends.

I've been trying to unlock the secrets to creating my ideal life and help my readers do the same. These thoughts are the outcome of this quest.

My insights may or may not resonate with you because I'm not going to include much in the way of a description or why they work.

I'm just going to list the principles. But I will say one thing to start with. This is a controversial subject in the metaphysical world.

** Visualization versus Action: Which is more important?

In the study of the self-help, spiritual and metaphysical literature I get this constant question and battle raging in my mind. I think it might be an issue that pops up in your head as well.

What is more important, visualization or taking action? Or maybe all you have to do is visualize and you'll get what you want. Many people ardently believe the last point, but I believe some clarification needs to be made on this.

Firstly, we all have to realize that even visualizing is taking action. You have to focus your mind in order to visualize. It requires at least some effort and action, even if only done with your mind.

I think the rest of my point will be explained in my notes below.

** Imagination Science Principles ** http://ImaginationScience.com is my website that teaches these principles.

"If you focus on your outer world reality, you continually recreate what you see and nothing changes. Instead, you need to focus on what you want to happen in your life, not what you currently see."

* By focusing on "what you want" you naturally change your -actions- as well.

* Thought controls action.

* Thought controls emotion.

* Thoughts attract similar thoughts.

* The thought or image of the thing, is the real thing. (Inspired by Allen Says, "Money and Power")

* Any time you feel fear, anger, doubt or unhappiness you are contracting your energy flow and attracting the very things you don't want to happen into your life.

* Free Thinking: To focus on the goal and never focus on the obstacles.

* What you focus upon magnifies and attracts thoughts of a similar vibrational level.

* Always focus on what you want and never ever 'worry' about how you'll get it.

(This is what holds back 99% of people. If they can't logically figure out how to achieve a goal, they give it up. They apply logical and non-creation thinking. They look at what other people are doing and what the so-called real world is like and therefore stifle their awesome creative powers.)

* Your state of mind must be from 'having' what you want. Any thought of lack will (instantly removes your motivation to take ACTION) attract more lack in your life.

* Never allow any "emotional obstacles" in your thinking, think only of your desire and not of the roadblocks. (Note: you must deal with obstacles all the time, but always focus on the resolution of the obstacle and not on the problems it is causing you. In other words, "don't feel down or upset." This will dramatically increase the speed at which you resolve these obstacles.)

* Visualizing your goal will naturally attract you to take the right actions, think the right thoughts, read the right books and meet the people you need to achieve your goal.

* Visualization or thought creates reality on the higher planes of consciousness.

* Action is the Physical Plane equivalent of imagination or thought.

* We exist in the all the planes of consciousness simultaneously.

* What you want to do every day is to take "Inspired Action" steps towards your goals.

* Never force yourself, take Inspired Action instead. (Concept by Allen Says)

* Start a Miracles Journal. Keep track of all the magical things that happen in your life so you can look back on them in the future and realize that magic really does happen.

* Thinking is frictionless action.

* Turn yourself into a special magnet for whatever you desire. Visualize yourself as this specialized magnet that automatically attracts exactly what you desire to come to you.

* Feel like a kid just about to get his birthday or holiday presents. Feel like this as much as possible and you'll start attracting into your life the very things you desire in the fastest way possible.

* The ultimate goal in life is happiness. Every material thing you can get basically serves the purpose of making you FEEL happy. So why not 'be happy' first, since that is the ultimate goal.

* You can have happiness in every moment of your life if you just remember to focus on what you want and not let anything contract your energy.

* Even if you don't have all that you want (and you never will by the way) by just focusing on it (mentally having it) will instantly make you happy.

* Think from satisfaction. (Neville Goddard "Awakened Imagination")

* A daily spiritual exercise is like a multi-vitamin for the Soul. (John Harricharan "The Power Pause.")

* We can all be Happiness Billionaires starting from this very moment.

* To be happy - Think from your goal, not of your goal.

* Claim your desire as yours, in your imagination.

* Change your "magnetic point of attraction" (your habitual thoughts)and you change your future results. (concept from Dr. Robert Anthony, "Beyond Positive Thinking")

* We have a constant pattern of thoughts. If you consistently change the majority of those thoughts your outer world results will eventually match those new thoughts.

* The new thoughts however, "instantly change how you feel" and instantly change your inner world reality. People will be able to feel your new energy immediately. Even if they aren't consciously aware of it.

I hope you found these thoughts useful. I believe I can boil all that down to a simple eleven word formula.

*** Focus only on what you want and then take inspired action. ***

So you see IMAGINATION and ACTION work hand in hand.

Spiritual Supercharger

Start your day with a Spiritual Multivitamin. This multivatimin is doing a spiritual or visualization exercise.

When I do this to start my day, I shape the day to be one filled with power, joy and beauty. I attract what I want and I tune in naturally to my source. My consciousness expands and I carry the light with me.

So if you want to start your day in the right direction, spend some time tuning into God and focusing on what you want in life.
