Harness The Power of the Raw Food Warrior

The Raw Food Warrior Comes to Your Rescue

You've had a hard day at work, a coworker is having a birthday party and she invites you to have some birthday cake. You're really tempted. Then you figure, this will make me feel better, I'll just have a little bit of cake.

Before you know it you're eating several pieces of cake, donuts and drinking coffee. Wow how did this happen. You were trying to stay 100% raw, but that food was so tempting and you wanted to feel better.

Later at night you decide to go out to your favorite cooked food restaurant. Might as well since you've already blown the day with the cake, coffee and donuts.

Soon enough you start to realize that the food only tasted good in your mouth, once it goes into your throat and digestive tract it's all downhill from there.

You know this and yet similar scenarios happen to you again and again. You know cooked food is toxic and yet you still eat it.

What can you do to get out of this vicious cycle?

You hire the Raw Food Warrior to protect you from cooked food addiction. For a very low, one time fee, you can harness his ultimate strength, power and self-discipline for the rest of your life. How's that for a cheap employee?

But he's not an employee, but a mentor and a personal power booster. You can tune into his power and blast through any addiction or problem. He has ten times or more power and determination than you have in your weakest moments.

He's never weak. He's never tired and he loves eating raw. He's your constant companion in times of trouble.

But he's not just for helping you go raw. You can use him for any bad habit you want to break. He'll help you generate dynamic desire-power so that you'll actually crave doing what is in your best interest.

He will man-handle and shred to pieces any bad habit you have. The Raw Food Warrior is the secret weapon I use to overpower and crush cravings and bad habits of any kind!

Personally, I don't need him to stay raw. That's now very easy for me. I instead use him for other areas in my life that I haven't mastered. Or when I'm facing a difficult situation in life and I need courage.

The Raw Food Warrior is someone you can have in your life. I've added him and his power generating technique as a special bonus for anyone who gets Think and Go Raw.

This is an extra technique added to the 33 strategies to crush cooked food addiction permanently, found in Think and Go Raw.

I must say this is truly a bargain. This is one of the best motivational techniques I have ever developed and you can have it at a bargain basement price at this link below.

http://ThinkandGoRaw.com/book.htm

If you've already purchased "Think and Go Raw," you can get this technique by visiting the product download page.

Get A Free Copy of My First CD

I have some exciting news to share with you. My first physical product, Your First 30-Days Raw, a live teleconference I did with Frederic Patenaude has just come out on audio CD. And you can get a free copy of it shipped to you at my expense, if you live in the United States or Canada.

If you live elsewhere, I'll give you a link to download the MP3 file version of the program.

You'll learn how to get through and enjoy your first 30 days of being raw with my system. Once you've been raw for 30 days with this system then staying raw doesn't require struggle or willpower. I'll show all the tips and tricks to making go raw as easy as possible.

Much of it is just coming from the right mindset. The right ideas can make it smooth sailing.

Here's the link to see what you could win.

http://kunaki.com/sales.asp?PID=PX00ZM94JZ

What Do I Have To Do To Get The CD?

You have to take a little bit of action, but I think you'll find doing this enjoyable, educational and inspirational.

I recently released my updated for 2007 version of Think and Go Raw. I have been working on improving the information on the page that promotes it. I've also added a really powerful bonus the Raw Food Warrior Technique that I've never before released to the general public.

As I was writing the letter describing Think and Go Raw I realized I was giving away valuable raw food and life success principles right in the very letter itself. I was giving away some of my secrets to success but only the perceptive would be able to unearth these principles from the page.

I didn't directly point out the success principles. They are hidden or imbedded in what I wrote but they are really there for you to use right now.

There are even some principles that aren't directly spoken about in the letter, but they are used in it. Only the truly perceptive will notice those. I might not even notice it myself on someone else's website.

No matter, whoever can come up with the most success principles in that letter, even if I didn't recognize them myself, will win themselves a free copy of Your First 30-Days Raw, and I also pay for the shipping in the United States or Canada.

How Do I Determine The Winner?

There's one other thing you need to do. You need to write your findings on your blog and then trackback to my post.

So just write a short post stating all the raw food and or general success principles you found on this page:

http://ThinkandGoRaw.com/book.htm

Make sure to list them: 1. 2. 3. etc. I'll choose the winner by the person who generates the most number of reasons and the quality of the answer. I believe there are at least five of those principles imbedded in the letter, if not more.

When you trackback or simply link back to my post I'll be able to see it on my blog. Here's the trackback link to include anywhere in your post:

http://roger-haeske.blogspot.com/2007/04/get-fre-copy-of-my-first-cd.html

Make sure it's a clickable link.

Most blogs are indexed by the search engines. At the bottom of my blog posts there's a link called "Links to this post".

You can check there if the link for your blog is has been picked up. From what I understand, it should show up within 24 hours or much less time than that. But I'm no expert.

If you don't have a blog but want one, you can use a free service just like I do with Blogger. Google automatically indexes all of their blogs because Google owns Blogger.

This is the quickest and easiest way to set up your own website and get it listed in the search engines quickly. This means you can start getting people from all over the world seeing what you have to say. It can be set up in less than 10 minutes.

Here's the link to start your own Blogger account in less than ten minutes.

http://www.blogger.com/start

What About 2nd and 3rd Place?

I'll also be giving away second and third place prizes. Anyone who I judge coming in second or third place, will get the downloadable version of Your First 30-Days Raw.

I bet you'll have a great time with this. Setting up a blog is really easy and it's a fun way to express yourself and your ideas. Every raw foodist should have their own blog. This way we can help spread the raw food message.

But also a blog can help to keep you accountable. You can post how you are doing with your raw diet on a daily basis. Some people have used this method to help them stay motivated and to make it easier to stay raw.

I urge you to get your own blog, I think you'll end up loving it.

Miracle Man Shames Most Of Us By Comparison

"What Are You Conditioned To Believe That Is Impossible?"

This past week I read the most amazing and inspiring book. I couldn't put the book down. It's a true story about a man who survived a plane crash and was a paraplegic and then recovered to live a normal life.

I have an inspirational quote from his book below. You are going to love it. It's quite rebellious and instructive at the same time.

I think you'll learn a lot from it. But please read my comments first so I can set up in your mind just how bad he really had it. That will more dramatically affect how you react to his quote, once you know where he was.

The best way to really appreciate it is to read the book or to watch his movie. I got a very cheap copy of his book from Amazon.com.

At the time, no one in medical history ever survived the breaking of the spine at the first and second vertebrae. All his doctors were telling him he had no chance of a normal life.

They didn't even expect him to survive his first night in the hospital because his body was so badly damaged by the crash. He actually died and he tells about looking down at the bloody crash scene and not wanting to go back. Then he was pulled back into his body and determined to not be a vegetable for the rest of his life.

Morris Goodman is a stubborn SOB and once he sets his mind on something, he achieves it. He never accepted his fate but instead VISUALIZED himself as someone who would live a normal life.

Of course, he had to take plenty of action and work really hard to achieve his goals. But he had to start with the belief that he could recover. Something that his doctors constantly tried to discourage him from believing.

Here's a quote he likes to use and mentions often in his book. It's a classic self-help / positive thinking type of quote and his book is laced with them. "Whatever You Can Conceive And Believe You Can Achieve." It's a great story and a lesson in super achievement that you can apply to your own life.

But in reality, he's not living a normal life, he's far surpassed what most people would achieve. Within 7 months or so he was out of the hospital and walking on his own.

Read below to see how badly he was damaged and then read his quote with a few of my comments interspersed. You'll see how you can use his example to achieve anything in life, but especially how you can succeed with the raw food diet.

If you think going raw is hard, imagine not being able to taste any food for almost three months. He was on an intravenous drip all that time and was unable to swallow. It tortured him to see and smell what other people were eating.

==> His Condition

The doctor said the fact that Morris Goodman was even alive would make medical history. No one has ever survived a break in the first and second cervical vertebrae.

Spinal column was crushed. Larynx was damaged so severely that he will never speak again. Also suffering permanent nerve damage which is causing a dysfunction of the liver, bladder, kidneys and the diaphragm which means he can't speak and will never breathe without the use of a respirator.

His swallowing reflexes were so severely damaged that he'll never be able eat or drink again. Doctor said he didn't believe he would survive the night.

** The Miracle Man Fights Back **

Morris always visualized himself leading a normal life. He didn't feel sorry for himself. He never let himself get SNIOP'ed or (susceptible to the negative influence of other people).

Please read this excerpt from the Miracle Man book. You can learn a lot from just this short reading about taking responsibility for your own life and health.

So many things he did parallel the kind of thinking and attitude you need to succeed at going raw. In fact, being able to stay raw is quite an accomplishment. Being raw will make you more confident and successful because you have achieved something extraordinary.

Of course, once you've been raw for a while it's really easy to maintain it's always just getting through the first thirty days wherein the challenge lies.

How many people do you think can say they've been 100% raw for a year? This is something to be proud about and also a major confidence booster, not to mention all the health, fitness and spiritual benefits. Who knows what other successes you'll achieve after boosting your self-esteem by having succeeded at going raw.

I do have a little secret. Going raw is easier than you think if you get the right support and information. But in either case, it requires leadership and independent thinking.

If you want to succeed, go with a coach who is 100% raw and who will show you all the psychological and dietary tricks to make it easy and enjoyable.

** Quote From "The Miracle Man" **

From "The Miracle Man," by Morris Goodman Pg 105 - 106 (Note I sometimes add *** to add my own emphasis to his quote. Or I'll add my own comments and precede them with RH: and put them in parenthesis.)

************** "I was off to a rip-roaring start Friday morning. I got into a discussion (RH: By then he already recovered his ability to speak and breathe on his own - that was not easy.) about vitamins with one of the doctors making rounds. I told him that if I could get off all the pills I was taking and get back on my vitamins, I would make faster progress.

"I don't believe in vitamins," he said. A storm of rage swept over me.

"You might be a great doctor, but you are ignorant when it comes to nutrition," I replied. At this, he stomped out. (RH: I don't think most people would have the guts to say this to their doctor. They'd be too afraid of offending him, seeming stupid or even worrying that now the doctor wouldn't treat him as well as the other patients.)

I knew from my reading on nutrition that most doctors get only one three-credit-hour course in this vital subject during their extensive training. No wonder they are so defensive when approached about this, I thought; they can't dominate and control the conversation with a bunch of technical medical terms that only they understand.

After he had left, I was dressed and wheeled into the dining room for breakfast. Since my swallowing ability had improved, I was now taking my pills orally. A nurse appeared and set a tray of pills in front of me. *** I got my hand under the tray and threw them all over the floor. ***

"I'm not going to take anymore pills," I said. "The only way you'll get me to take them is to tie my hands behind my back and shove them down my throat." (RH: This guys got guts.)

"Suit yourself," she said and marched out.

Needless to say, this didn't sit well with the nursing staff or the doctors. During the coming week, they tried all kinds of pressure to get me to comply, but I stood my ground. Day by day, I began to feel better. *** I don't believe that any doctor can adequately predict how that many pills will interact with each other. ***

(RH: Note how he withstood the constant pressure from these doctors and nurses to take medication. He knew better, but after such a barrage, most people would weaken and eventually give in.

Same thing applies when you are trying to stay raw in a family situation where you are not supported. It's the exact same thing Morris had to deal with.)

So now I was a renegade, bucking the establishment. And others tried to do likewise. (RH: He's a leader as other people are now following his example.) This caused lots of problems for the hospital. The staff appealed to me to cooperate so that order could be restored.

"That is your problem, and you'll have to deal with it as best you can," I told them. *** My main concern had to be my own recovery.*** I wasn't going to be a model patient for their sakes, at the expense of my health. I was feeling better, and I wanted to keep it up."

**************

BRAVO Morris. So many times aspiring raw foodists fail because they put the needs of family and friends above their own health needs [to stay raw].

They sacrifice their own health, happiness and really, their lives so that they won't rock the boat. They wrongly think this is the right thing to do. If you want to go raw you have to be an independent thinker and understand what I call the "Freedom Principles."

Morris Goodman is a perfect example of this. You can learn a lot from reading his book.

You can also learn all the things you need to succeed on the Optimal Raw Food Diet by becoming a member of http://HowToGoRaw.com.

You can see a video summary of his story at this link. I've found the video doesn't seem to work with Firefox but does with Internet Explorer.

How To Be On Vacation The Rest Of Your Life!

The concept is simple; spend your time doing what you love, then virtually every day of your life will be so enjoyable that it feels like you're on vacation.

I feel I'm an extremely lucky person, I really am living this kind of life. The reason being is that I totally love the work I do to earn a living. And not only that, the kind of business I have has incredible room for growth and I can set my own hours and take time off whenever I feel like it.

It's kind of strange, but I often turn down social engagements or other things I used to really love, because I'd prefer to be working on my business. I love being able to help people improve their lives and I love being able to express myself through my newsletter and the information products I create. And I really love creating money with ideas.

If you want to learn how to do this, then take a visit to this site I highly recommend. Just click this link: http://www.Superbeing.net/LifeVacation.html Or keep on reading below to find out more.

It's not that I have so much money (yet) that I can afford to take a year or two off at a time, but that when I work, it doesn't seem like work, it seems like fun. The day I was able to quit my day job and promote health, raw foods, peak performance and fitness as my very own online business, was the day I went on a permanent vacation.

This magical date happened for me in the fall of 2005. But you have to realize that I've been working and striving for this goal since 1990. It took me 15 years to get to this point and I had many, many setbacks along the way.

Take The Shortcut To Success In Doing What You Love

If I had to start my journey all over again, knowing what I know now, I'd do things differently. The first thing I'd do is find a successful mentor or coach to guide me and steer me past the many pitfalls. This one step alone could have saved me 10 or more years of needless struggle.

I was stubborn and going to do it and do it on my own. I read all sorts of books and did whatever I could to further my education, but I never had a business mentor. I realize now that I could have been a success in a much shorter time period. I wasted so much time because I didn't have the experience to know I was wasting time.

These days with the Internet, it's possible to make a living doing what you love even quicker. But you have to know what to focus on. There are so many opportunities that you'll fall back by sheer confusion and trying too many things.

Why do I say this? Because I've tried loads of different ways to make money and most of them were a waste of time for me. People make money in all of these different ways, but they weren't right for me. You just have to find a good system and stick with it. If you keep jumping from opportunity to opportunity, you'll surely fail.

Here's a Mentor I Highly Recommend

I guarantee you'll save yourself years of struggle and maybe even depression and desperation if you get involved with this awesome program. I'm going to be taking it myself. So I can't yet give you my personal recommendation, but I know a lot about the creator of the program and I know he's been very successful with his raw food and health related business.

When you can take a month off at a time and travel to exotic places all around the world, you're doing all right. Even better, imagine moving from bitter cold Quebec, Canada to Costa Rica and buying your very own raw food retreat center. Then continuing with your online business while living in paradise.

That's the beauty of starting an online business. All you really need is a computer (laptop for travel) and an Internet connection and you can do an hour or two of work while you're at the beach.

This is total freedom. Freedom from being told what to do by a boss, freedom to do the things that make you the happiest. The difference in my level of happiness is like night and day. I hated working for others, but now I'm the boss and I make all of my decisions. It's a fantastic feeling.

Frederic Patenaude is the mentor I recommend for your journey. He's going to show you all the ins and outs of his business successes and failures. He'll show you the shortcuts to success that he learned the hard way. He'll take years off of your learning curve.

Why not be a success in a year or even six months instead of being like me and taking 15 years. Heck, even if it took you a couple of years, so what, the rest of your life will be spent in retirement and on vacation.

I suggest you hurry on over to check out his brand new program and get in while you still can. There are only 6 spots left and if you dilly dally you won't be able to get in now and even worse, the price will increase substantially the next time this program is released.

Why Bruce Lee Had To Have Super...

Why Bruce Lee Had To Have Super-Confidence

Last night I was creating a powerful new information product with Sgt. O. I've known Sgt. O for over 25 years. He's simply one of the most amazing and fearless people I have ever met.

He tells the most entertaining stories. They're entertaining because they are about him. He's one powerful dude and I'm not just talking physically but spiritually as well. I can't wait to share with you his full identity and his secrets to super-self-confidence.

Anyway, as we were talking about the product we're creating, he made this statement, "Can you imagine Bruce Lee not having this?" Immediately I said no way.

What is this magical quality that Bruce Lee had and that all truly successful people have? It's super-self-confidence.

What Sgt. O realized during his experiences in the Marines and the U.S. Airborne is that he's never met a person who had this certain quality and wasn't also super-confident.

This quality is super-fitness. When you are physically strong, fit and energetic, it changes you. It gives you a confidence that you can achieve just about anything in life.

Athletes tend to be more successful in life than the average person, because they needed to develop self-discipline to take them in life to reach their athletic goals.

A strong physical challenge can do at least three things for you. One is that it can give you self-confidence, two is that while you are striving to become superfit you're also becoming healthier and three while your reaching those goals you're also becoming happier and more energetic.

You can as the old saying goes, "kill two birds with one stone." But you really get so much more when you are physically fit.

It doesn't matter where you are starting from, all that matters is where you want to go. Even if you've never exercised a day in your life, you can begin and step-by-step, reach fitness goals that at one time seemed impossible for you to achieve.

What if you can't even do one pushup right now? It doesn't matter. I've been working with a woman who couldn't even do one full pushup before she started my program, she's gotten as high as doing 14 in a row. That's a 1,400% increase.

Do you personally know anyone who can do 100 pushups in a row? That could be one of your goals. You may only be doing 10 in a row right now, but the striving and reaching for the goal will build your self-confidence.

In any case, the product with Sgt. O won't be coming out for at least a month or so. But I can do something for you today.

If you order the Lightning Speed Fitness Program http://LightningSpeedFitness.com within the next 7 days, I'll throw in an ebook copy of Bruce Lee's training secrets. Plus I'll throw in a few other surprise gifts of which I know you'll love. They'll come to you via email starting within the first week of joining us on the Lightning Speed Fitness Program.

When you can run a mile, do 50 pushups, do 100 squats, climb a tree, and just do whatever you wish with your body, it's naturally going to make you confident. The greater your fitness, the greater your happiness, the greater your health and the greater your confidence.

With confidence you start enjoying success in all areas of your life. You know you can reach goals and deal with adversity when you have confidence.

Having a healthy diet is great, but without true fitness, you're missing a big piece of the happiness and success equation.

To Your Radiant Health, Happiness and Fitness, Roger Haeske

P.S. Get the Lightning Speed Fitness Program within the next seven days and you'll also get Bruce Lee's Training Secrets, Bruce Lee's Speed Training and Bruce Lee's Strength Training in PDF format as my gift to you.

http://LightningSpeedFitness.com

P.P.S. Bruce Lee had it, Sgt. O has it and you can get it... super-self-confidence when you make it your business to attain super-fitness.

Feel Like A Million Bucks

That's how I feel right now. Why you may ask.

For three reasons. Earlier today I reached a fitness goal I had set for myself on January first. When I reached that goal I shouted YAY and Hippee to myself. It felt fantastic. I boosted my self-confidence for the day. And after that I immediately set another higher goal.

But that was only a temporary satisfaction. The main reason I feel like a million bucks is because I just finished doing my bodyweight exercise routine the Lightning Speed Fitness Program. I actually feel a powerful natural high. It's like I'm on drugs but drugs with no negative side effects.

I literally feel like jumping for joy and you know what, I did just that. Jumping is a powerful way to build up your leg strength and speed. You're body is a powerful traveling gym.

Look for opportunities throughout your day to get fit. Take the stairs, park further away, run to the mail box, etc.

I'm just raring to go with energy and have to stop myself from exercising even more. I could be working out for hours because it feels so darn good. But I needed to share this feeling with you.

No matter, I'll just do more exercises as a break to my work. This is another great thing about Lightning Fitness, you can exercise just about any time and anywhere. Who needs to go to the gym when your body is the gym.

** I just took another quick exercise break and did two more sets of bodyweight exercises. I actually feel even better now. I'm breathing really hard but my natural high actually increased. Not only will you get a natural high, but you'll just have the best time while you're doing something powerful for your health and fitness.

Heck you can exercise while at work. There's no more excuse. You can get fit, even while you sit. You'd be surprised at all the powerful ways you can build up your body and do it without expensive and bulky exercise gadgets.

There's one more reason why I feel really good. It's my diet. I eat a 100% raw food diet. Before I started eating raw I went through 6.5 years of depression. But the first day I went raw, the depression went away. Six and half years of hell and all I had to do was eat at least 50% of my diet from raw fruits and vegetables.

If you too want to feel like a million bucks then I suggest you get off your behind and start moving and put your portable gym to work. The Lightning Speed Fitness Program will show you two powerful exercises that workout 95% of the major muscle groups in your body.

But I've included much more than just these two exercises. Beginners can start with those two and get fabulous fitness results. In fact, those two core exercises are already being used by top professional athletes all over the world.

Once you are ready, there's a whole library of other bodyweight, isometric, dynamic self and visualized resistance exercises to give you such an incredible pump you won't believe it. Check out my program here: http://LightningSpeedFitness.com

Don't forget the importance of diet and the other health factors. I highly recommend Dr. Doug Graham's Perfect Health Program for expert guidance on the Optimal Raw Food Diet. Imagine being able to attend 12 hour long lectures any time you want. It's like having Doug with you whenever you need some encouragement or inspiration.

It's a great way to inspire yourself daily to stay raw. Just listen to at least five minutes worth. Or listen in your car while driving to work. Doug's info will clear up so much of the confusion and myths people believe about raw eating. So take a look, if you're interested in achieving perfect health and feeling like a million bucks.

Why You Don't Need Self-Discipline To Succeed

If you have to use self-discipline in your work, you are doomed to failure.

I don't have a self-disciplined bone in my body. We all do self-disciplined activities every day, even if we don't recognize them as such. We move towards things we like and love, and move away from things that cause us pain.

Do you think I'm writing this article because I am self-disciplined? Hell no! I'm writing it because I get pleasure out of doing this - just as I get pleasure from exercising, and I get pleasure from eating a raw food diet.

Many people can't imagine gaining pleasure from writing, exercising, or eating a Vegan Raw Food Diet. But I, in fact, love doing these things. However, there was a time in my life when I was in high school and college that I hated computers, writing, lifting weights and eating fruits and vegetables.

So how did I do it? Did I use self-discipline to make myself all of a sudden like these things? Absolutely not. I am horrible at self-discipline. But I am a motivated person as all people are. Every single one of us on this planet is motivated towards something.

Many of us are very self-disciplined at watching TV, going to movies, playing video games, surfing the web, eating out at our favorite restaurants, or hanging out with friends. So we are all self-disciplined.

Get it out of your mind that you lack self-discipline. Everyone is completely self-disciplined. You can get yourself to do just about anything if you really want to do it.

Life is about gaining pleasure and avoiding pain, not about self-discipline. You must learn to master the two main motivating forces in life: Pleasure and Pain.

Why do we file our income taxes? For most of us it's not for the pleasure of it, but to avoid the pain of going to jail or paying heavy fines. Why do we want to go on vacation? Because we picture all the enjoyment we will have.

So the key question is: how was I (and how will you) be able to get yourself to do things that you currently don't like?

There's obviously going to be a need of change in your mindset. Are you going to have to force yourself against your own will? This, I'm afraid, can't be done for any great length of time. Willpower doesn't last for very long.

What you have to do is to associate in your mind more pleasure with the new activity and more pain with the old activity. Then you have to keep consciously doing this until you have established a new habit. A new habit usually takes about 21 days to solidify, though it could take only a week.

Why is it that I enjoy writing now? It's not the actual writing I enjoy, it's the ability to express my ideas. I have a burning desire to help people discover their full potential. Whenever I discover something really helpful, I love sharing it. That's just my personality type.

Several years ago I realized that writing is one way, I can reach many people both via the Internet and through authoring books. My desire for expression and the income I could receive from writing overpowered my absolute disgust at writing.

I also had a major change in my outlook in 1987 so that I felt I had something to write about. I started keeping a journal and often wrote in it several times throughout the day. Eventually it dawned on me that I liked writing.

I especially realized that I like writing letters to friends. I have no problem whipping out long emails. I know that most people are not like that. But this is all related to desire.

How did I get myself to do a Raw Food Vegan Diet? This is the most restrictive diet out there. Being a Vegan is much easier than being a Raw Food Vegan. I motivated myself by reading books about the diet. I was so impressed by what could be done I figured what the heck, I'll give it a try. Right away, this diet cured me of a six and a half year depression. That is powerful motivation.

Eliminating the pain of depression motivated me to do the raw diet. If I ate at least 50% raw foods throughout the day, I felt fine. When I had days where I ate all cooked food, I quickly got back into a depressed state. This has happened over and over so I know it is the cooked food causing this. In fact, I had tried several other diets but they didn't have anything close to the effects of a raw diet. So I know it wasn't a placebo effect.

But that was only a 50 to 70% raw diet. Yet I knew there were many other benefits I would achieve if I could go 100%. One day I ** decided ** to go 100% raw by focusing on all the benefits and equating cooked food to being worse than smoking. If you know me, I hate smoking with a passion. So these things worked to get me started off.

Then I said I'd just do it for one month. If I don't like it, I can always go back. I gave myself the freedom to go back - hoping I would choose to stay raw. During the initial week, I had a hard time. I was on vacation and we were passing all these great restaurants. I started focusing on all the meals I was missing out on. This made me very hungry.

Then I realized what I was subconsciously doing. So I changed my thoughts and focused on how well I was feeling and on all the amazing benefits that I would reap from doing this diet. I also realized that one day it would be easy for me to eat raw when it became a habit.

That day has come. I never think about going out to cooked food restaurants anymore. That desire has completely left me. To completely get rid of the desire for cooked food took me about a year. But each week was easier than the week before.

You can train yourself to like anything. If you like it or love it, you will be very self-disciplined. So remember to use the force of desire and you'll never fail again by trying to use the concept of self-discipline or will power. This desire you create must be a raging desire. It must be really strong to get you over the hurdle.

A few years back I discovered a program that will teach you how to find out what you really want out of your life. This contrarian success program by Jack Zufelt and is called, "The DNA of Success." In it Jack shows you how to uncover your true Core Desires. For most people this takes some digging. But this program has a simple series of questions to help you discover your Core Desires.

Once you find your Core Desires, they will unleash the Conquering Force of Desire within you. You will be motivated by desire and not self-discipline to achieve your dreams. It's these super power Core Desires that will make you self-disciplined. But you'll just feel like you are having fun.

If you are like many other people and don't know what you want out of life then this is the program for you.

The Real Secret To Conquering Anxiety!

Conquering anxiety, fear and depression is fairly easy once you know the source of it. In this post I'm going to show you the surprising source of all fears. When you understand this principle, you'll be able to use it for much more than overcoming anxiety, it can revolutionize your life.

I'm also going to share some quotes from the Orison S. Marden special report entitled "Courage." You can get your own complimentary copy of it by going to this page. http://imaginationscience.com/OrisonMarden.htm

Getting back to the previous blog post and why I thought his writing is so powerful. On a certain level, I have to agree with the person criticizing Orison's report as not having much 'direct' self-help information. But it's loaded with indirect courage and character boosters.

So I'll share some of his quotes and inject some of my responses to these quotes. But first let me explain about the cause of fear and anxiety.

The Source of All Fears and Anxieties

In my previous blog post, I stated this:

I'll share with you an insight on the cause of fear and how to easily beat fear by simply changing your perspective. It's really all about "looking and creating"

What I'm telling you is very important. Don't overlook what you are about to read. This could change your life if you understand and apply it.

If you've ever experienced fear, I can show you how to shut it off instantly and I'll show you the source of all fear. Once you understand the source of the fear, then it's much easier to turn it off.

Fear can only happen if you LOOK in a certain direction. What I mean by that is the looker inside of us, the consciousness that is you, or soul is constantly looking. This looking is actually creating your reality.

What most souls don't realize is that they are constantly creating their reality by what they look at. Or another way of saying it is, by what thoughts and images they CHOOSE to think about and feel.

Fear is nothing but an image and emotion. It's something we look at from a spiritual perspective. The more we look at fear, the stronger the fear becomes. We are the actual creator of our own fears. Yes that's right. Let me say it again.

We are the creator of our own fears. We are the very source of the thing we fear.

To get rid of fear instantly, all we have to do is to look at something else in our imagination. How can you fear what you don't see or feel? Look at images of happiness, success, light and love. You can't have fear while you're looking at them.

The problem is people wrongly believe that fear is something outside of themselves. However, I've realized that fear is simply an inner image that I have at times chosen to look at. This quote from Marden might help you.

"Cowards die many times before their deaths; The valiant never taste death but once."

If you understand that quote, you instantly understand what you need to do. Live your life in the moment and never look at thoughts of fear. Deal with fear only in the moment it's happening. Then you'll only have to face fear once, if at all. In truth, you never have to face fear if you don't create fear by looking at it.

When This Technique Doesn't Fully Work

Now I must say one thing here. During my 6.5 years of depression, this technique did not completely work for me. My body and brain were so messed up that I simply couldn't shake the emotional feeling of gloom and doom. My body chemistry didn't allow me to expand to a state of happiness, even when doing my darndest to focus on happiness.

If you are depressed or have subtle nagging fears it could very well be your diet. I've met so many people who went raw and overcame depression by going raw. For me all it took was one day and my depression was over.

If you want to overcome depression, feel years younger, lose excess fat around the middle and operate at peak mental and physical efficiency, then I suggest you check out HowToGoRaw.com for the coaching, support and motivation to make going raw fun and enjoyable.

During my depression I focused on God as much as possible. I chanted spiritual words all through my workday. But this was only good enough to get me to survive the day, not to feel happy. But if your brain is functioning properly, this technique will work for you right away.

But it doesn't just apply to fear, it applies to anything else in life. What you ignore dies in your consciousness and what you focus upon magnifies. If you feel cravings for an unhealthy food, those cravings are all created by what you are looking at. Yes it's true.

The battle in life is mostly a battle in the mind.

Here Are The Rest Of The Orison Marden Quotes

Please keep one thing in mind. These quotes are about 100 years old. So when he's talking about "man" you can insert "human" instead. Even in his report on "Courage" he shares a story of a famous female author. That's just a limitation of the English language and no one was politically correct in those days.

"No one believes in him because he does not believe in himself."

If you have constant fears and doubts then you'll never move towards a successful life. I know this from my own experience and seeing it in those around me.

Fear keeps people trapped. Fear must be overcome and self-confidence instilled. Again, this is all a looking process.

"Much of what passes for heroism, when in great catastrophes men rescue others from burning buildings or perform daring deeds in a railroad wreck or shipwreck, or on the field of battle, is born of excitement and a natural impulse to rush into danger.

Greater than all these heroes is the man who, in the face of ridicule, amid the sneers and contempt of fellowman, in spite of popular clamor, stands true to principle, justice, right. Moral courage is a nobler, higher thing than mere physical, courage.

There is a sublimity about moral courage which seems to ride triumphantly over the difficulties which awe timid souls because it releases us from the fear of man, the fear of public opinion, the fear of criticism and denunciation of our fellows."

Reading the above three paragraphs made me realize it is right to stand for my convictions, even if everyone around me is telling me I am wrong and hating me for it. A leader often has to take an unpopular stand in life. I can't stand politicians who only take action after they have studied the polls. Where is their backbone? What about doing what is right?

"What a rare thing it is to find a man who is courageous enough to say what he thinks, to think out loud; has the courage to step out of the crowd, to make his own creed and live it!"

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

"A great deal of unhappiness and vice of the world is owing to weakness and indecision, in other words, to lack of courage and want of industry. Men may know what is right, and yet fail to exercise the courage to do it; they may understand the duty they have to do but will not summon up the requisite resolution to perform it.

The weak and undisciplined man is at the mercy of every temptation, he cannot say "no," and if his companionship be bad, he will be all the more easily led away by evil example and wrong doing."

The last quote is so powerful for me, because I have a friend who's falling victim to those problems. But the quotes made clear at least to me, what the problem was. I really hope she reads my post. I already sent her the Marden report, but I can't force her to read it.

Did you notice this part of the quote?: "if his companionship be bad" If you want to be a success you have to be very careful who you spend the majority of your time with. Also be careful who you let your children spend time with. This is crucial.

"Positive men, decisive men of force, may take false steps, may make mistakes, sometimes serious ones, but in a lifetime they accomplish infinitely more than the negative, timid character, who never dared to push ahead or risk making a mistake. The over cautious person, the one who always weighs and balances an reconsiders every step lest he make a slip, may have a safe career, but never a great one. It is ever the bold man, the independent, aggressive, forceful character, the man of strong convictions who is victorious."

The above quote is truly inspiring. The road to success is paved with many mistakes. The key is not to repeat the same mistake. If you want to get really good at something, you have to make the most mistakes.

"He can't who thinks he can't, is just as true as, he can who thinks he can. As we think, so we are."

Ok then, I hope you enjoyed these quotes and that you now know how to conquer fear forever.

Roger Makes Admissions About His Last Email!

You know it's really interesting being in this business of helping people to improve their lives and doing so over the Internet. This past Sunday I sent out an email to my Superbeing Secrets subscribers and customers with the subject line: This Hang-up Ruins Most People!

As usual, I get quite a varying degree of responses but I had to answer someone who gave me somewhat negative feedback on the free report I was giving away. I think he was being honest and from his perspective, maybe even correct, but personally, I disagree.

I'll post his feedback to me below and then I'll give you feedback from a woman who was influenced to go for her dreams after reading this report. The report is called "Courage" and it's by the father of the modern self-help movement, Orison S. Marden.

****************
A far as the 1st report goes, ("Courage" by Orison Marden) it's not so much about self-help: in fact, the only how-to was found nearly at the end, in that positive self-talk suggestion for times of discouragement -may well be a good one, but nothing special, definitely not up to the hype ("by definition", you could argue, but... you get the point). If I were you, I would share a more powerful content in your free report -provided the Marden's writings you own are rich enough in that respect. Hope this helps.

Take care!
****************

I happen to believe the content was indeed very powerful. But it's possible for some people to not have recognized the golden wisdom revealed on every single page of the report.

* People who haven't experienced much fear or terror in their lives, might not understand the significance of what Marden was communicating.

* People who have not been in a position of leadership and doing what is right, despite significant personal and emotional cost to them, might not understand the significance of what Marden was writing.

* People who have not been ostracized by society, friends and the people they work with for taking an unpopular stand, might not understand the value of what is written here.

* People who are so cowardly that they never in their lives stood up for 'what they believe in' in the first place, might not understand why what Marden wrote is so important.

* People who have not been through depression and have had to live in fear for many years of their lives, might not understand the significance of what the great Orison S. Marden shared in his report.

To me his writing is loaded with valuable information that isn't so common even in this day and age, in the field of self-improvement.

I can say so because I actually copied many paragraphs directly out of the report to share with you. Mind you, I had to manually type these out, as I was not allowed to actually copy and paste anything from this report directly.

Therefore, if I'm going to take my valuable time, to copy and type these paragraphs so that I can share them with my readers, they must contain something of worth. After all, I've been studying in the self-help field at least since 1981 or 26 years. I've read hundreds of books, attended seminars, led seminars, authored books and reports etc. in this field. I know what I'm talking about.

I meant every word I said in my last email and there was not an ounce of so called "hype" or exaggeration in what I said. I was quite moved by what I read and thought it could move others as well. And it turned out I was right.

Now for an email from a person who has decided to do something which to many people could seem risky and dangerous. But she finally decided to go for her dreams after reading this report from Marden.

****************
Hi Roger,

Thank you for the e-book entitled Courage and Self-Faith. I have made the decision to quit my job and focus all my energies on teaching the raw lifestyle. This is just what I needed to encourage me and keep me moving forward.

I look forward to the other publications.

Thanks for the awesome work you do to help us all. I admire you for what you do and who you are.

A fan,

You were so right Roger, that speech contained Backbone, uprightness- I loved it- thank you!

Hey Roger,

Yesterday I downloaded the Report that is mentioned below, and I found the information to be enlightening and definitely motivating! During the download, a special offer appeared to get several other Reports from this Author. However, the offer appeared before I was able to read the Report. After reading it, I discovered that I would like to read the additional Reports. Is there anyway to access that offer again.

Thanks for your time.

Calvin
****************

I want to thank all of the above people for their positive and not so positive but constructive comments.

Being in this business, I get criticism of my actions just about every day. Having experienced much fear and terror in my life I can identify with what Orison Marden wrote.

It's these kinds of experiences which makes Marden's writing so incredibly powerful. He speaks the truth. Much of his advice is indirect and if you aren't perceptive, it might pass through your awareness.

One Of My Battles

Several years back I made a decision to do something I truly believed in to create a new raw food support group in NYC called the Raw Health and Happiness Society. But I knew I would face terrible repercussions in the local raw food community. This shouldn't have been the case under normal circumstances but there were some people from our old group who really had it out for us.

Even some of my close friends figured it wasn't worth it for me to do what I was doing. Why rock the boat, even if it's the right thing to do? Why lose the social opportunities by doing what I was going to do? Why make enemies of what turns out to be some really shallow and misinformed people?

It took backbone and fortitude to do what I did. But after worrying about my decision the previous night, the next morning I woke up with a spiritual glow in my consciousness and then I knew this was the right thing to do.

All hell broke loose when I decided to create the "Raw Health and Happiness Society." I had so many people against me. Luckily I also had some strong supporters who gave me courage. You can read more about this story here. http://www.rawfoodny.com/organizers.htm

But I stuck to my guns, despite the flurry of criticism and hatred towards me by many formerly friendly persons. This was not an easy experience for me to go through. I initially went through a lot of stress and anxiety over this.

I can tell you that if you want to be a leader in life and do what is right, you very often have to face sharp criticism, even if that criticism is wrong. If you can't handle that criticism, you simply won't succeed in being a leader.

How The "Courage" Report Helped Me

The report on "Courage," strongly reinforced my own courage and made me realize the importance of what I did in the past and how right it was for me to stand up for what I believe in. It illustrated "character."

It also made me realize how to sail through these kinds of experiences in the future without stress and anxiety. The next time something stressful like this happens to me, it's going to be easy for me to deal with it.

I have so much incredible information to share with you. But this post is getting too long. So in my next post I'll put up lots of Marden quotes from his "Courage" report and I'll share with you an insight on the cause of fear and how to easily beat fear by simply changing your perspective. It's really all about "looking and creating" but I'll explain that in the upcoming post.

And by the way, "The Hang-up That Ruins Most People" is FEAR and a lack of self-confidence that is associated with it. Courage is the antidote.

This Is A Must Have Resource

I give this resource my absolute highest recommendation. I have been a member of the Manifestation Portal for about a year and I just love it.

There are two reasons I'm telling you about this site today.

1. It's on sale until Friday, January 5th. And not only is the price reduced by 20%, but you can give away a second membership to a friend at no additional cost to you. Or split the cost of membership with a friend and save 60%. (Actually, the sale has been extended to this coming Friday, January 12.

Give the gift of the prosperity and abundance mindset by visiting the link below.

http://www.superbeing.net/attraction1.html

2. This the world's most comprehensive resource on "The Secret" in other words, "The Law of Attraction." I spoke extensively about these principles in my last post: "The Groundhog Day Technique Revisited."

Not only that but the Manifestation Portal also covers other vital areas in the personal development field and healing. Some of my articles are part of this collection as well.

I love the audio interviews with the top experts in the field of manifestation in the world. Plus there are videos, ebooks and even classic audio recordings. One is a classic 50-minute audio of the late Earl Nightingale of his superb recording, "The Strangest Secret." That is one of the all time best selling audio recordings in the personal development field.

I'm a self-improvement junkie and have read and listened to hundreds of books, audio programs and seminars in the field of self-improvement, law of attraction and spirituality over the last 25 years. I can tell you that this is a high quality collection self-improvement educational materials.

But this is just the tip of the iceberg. These are not just promotional audios but you learn all the details of how to activate your imagination and start attracting your heart's ultimate desires.

Here are some of the manifestation experts that have contributed audio mp3 interviews that are over an hour long. You can load these into your Ipod and listen whenever you need some inspiration. Or you can listen directly from the website with their convenient streaming technology which means you don't need to download the audios to listen to them.

** These Interviews Are Guaranteed To Improve Your Life **

* Dr. Joe Vitale: (author of "The Attractor Factor")

* John Harricharan: (author of "The Power Pause.")

* Chris Westra: I loved his interview and have incorporated many of his ideas into my everyday life.

Plus 12 more manifestation experts are interviewed.

You also get access to "live calls" with experts like:

* Gary Ryan Blair: The Goals Guy and seller of over 4.5 million books

* Randy Gage: "The Millionaire Messiah" This guy will show you the wealth mindset.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. This is a truly valuable resource. The best part is that you get over 50 hours on audio. I love being able to do other things while I listen to these uplifting recordings.

Listening to just 5 minutes of any of these audios to start your day is a great way to automatically implement the concepts in the Groundhog Day Technique.

Cancel Painful Mistakes... The Groundhog Day Technique Revisited!

(I originally wrote this article in 2002. It was quite popular back then and I improved this version with a little editing.)

Do you feel stuck on the treadmill of life? Are your days less than exciting and lacking fulfillment? Do you regret certain things you've done and wish you could have a 'do over'?

Then you may be interested in learning what I call "The Groundhog Day Technique." Part of this technique, I gleaned from the book, Awakened Imagination, by Neville Goddard and the other part, from the classic movie "Groundhog Day," with Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell. I've used this method with great results for years. May it be as useful to you.

Awakened Imagination has a chapter on forgiving yourself and recreating your day, the way you would have liked it to go, in your imagination. By closing my eyes and viewing the day, the way I want it to be, I am, in a sense, rewriting my reality. It's just like being in the movie Groundhog Day.

In that movie, the main character, Bill Murray (the egotistical weatherman Phil Conners), constantly relives a snowy Groundhog Day (up to 10 years worth of the same day), February 2nd in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. For most of the movie, Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania is the last place he wants to be. This is the town where if the groundhog sees his shadow, we are supposed to have six more weeks of winter.

Every morning he wakes up at 6am to the same old song and voices on the radio, and its Groundhog Day all over again. Everything is exactly the same. Things can only change if he takes different actions. He is the only person who remembers what happened on the previous versions of Groundhog Day. For everyone else, it's like any other normal day, and they don't know what is going to happen or remember the past versions of the day.

It is one of my favorite movies. He goes through many different experiences. He realizes he doesn't have to suffer any consequences because the next day he gets to start all over again.

Therefore, he indulges himself with all sorts of food and pastries. He finds out personal details about a woman so he can convince her they went to the same high school in order to get her to sleep with him. On later days, he starts breaking the law and he ends up in jail, but in the morning, he wakes up in the hotel and its Groundhog Day, all over again.

Later he kills himself. He does so several times but the next day he wakes up in the same bed and it's Groundhog Day all over again.

After thousands of days of the same day, he starts turning himself into a better man. He starts saving people, taking piano lessons, learnes the names of all the people in the town and gets to know just about everyone.

Eventually he is able to get his girl, but only when he's given up on that goal, via manipulation and trickery and instead is just doing good deeds, all day long and being himself. She ends up loving him because of the man he became. Previously he tried to seduce her by knowing all her interests but she intuitively felt something was wrong.

It is a wonderful movie and even has a few funny moments in it. I don't understand why people call it a comedy. It's actually a deeply inspiring spiritual story.

Your Own Groundhog Day

In essence, we have our own Groundhog Days every time we wake up. We can choose to live our lives and get the most out of them or be like Bill Murray was at first; very negative and self-centered. Each day is a chance to improve on the previous day. And we can even correct problems from the past.

How To Do The Groundhog Day Technique

Before falling asleep at night, simply visualize your day the way you would have liked it to go. Do you wish you didn't do or say something? Do you wish you had worked on a project instead of channel surfing the TV for 4 hours and having watched nothing interesting? Just look at your whole day and see areas of your day the way you wish they were. Make it a reality in your imagination. Even if you got negative news, replay it in your imagination in a positive light.

Even if events happen, you can take away the sting by visualizing a positive outcome. Say you had an argument with someone at work. You can visualize the experience, as having gone on without any confrontation at all. The amazing thing is that your visualization will affect the other person on a subconscious level. I've proven this in my own life repeatedly. We are all interconnected spiritually. If you send out positive vibrations, then only good things will come back to you. You don't have to react to circumstances -- you can create them.

If you visualize bad things, then bad things will come back to you. Don't be quick to anger because it will come back to you. Your thoughts are very powerful -- you must be careful with them. Be careful in how you speak to yourself, in your inner dialogue. What you say will manifest itself in some form in your life. It may simply manifest in limited thinking and therefore limited results.

Now to the second part of the technique: I start my day in the morning by visualizing how I would like my day to go. You can visualize things you expect to do. You can also visualize meeting people or having a day of adventure. You'll certainly have a better chance of attracting these things into your life if you expect them to happen. You can even repeat to yourself that you are going to have a magical day. Try it, it works.

Say it Now: "I'm going to have a magical day."

I've been getting fantastic results. I get much more accomplished. Plus my day is infused with the magic of imagination. I live the life I've imagined and it is extremely enjoyable.

Visualization is equivalent to programming a computer, except you are programming your own mind. It's a great way to get you doing more of what you really want to do, even if you have some initial resistance or bad habits.

I just do a short reading of a spiritually inspiring book and then I do my visualization for 10 to 15 minutes. Then at night, I do another visualization as I go to bed and relive my day the way I would have liked it to go. But as I'm improving, I find less need to revise the day because I am more and more happy with the way my day is going.

You could shorten the technique even more by doing it at night in bed as you are falling asleep. Then in the morning visualize your day going the way you want it to go while you are still in bed. Even if you just put in 5 minutes a day, morning and night total, the technique is quite effective because you are creating your day rather than reacting to it.

Another thing you can do is to revise past events that are still bothering you. They could have been from years back. However, if you have guilt or anger from a past event, that anger is still affecting you in the present. You have to forgive to be able to move on in life.

Anger and feelings of guilt, attract discord and negative results in your life. That is why it's not good to be argumentative or to be pessimistic. You attract into your life what you imagine and what you BELIEVE you are. Why not be an optimist instead? You'll find that you have a much more positive and magical life when you do this.

You Are The Cause

"You Are The Cause Of The Results In Your Life"

You are the cause of most things good and bad in your life. If you understand this concept, you are well on your way to getting conscious control of your life. All the situations, things and people in your life you have attracted and chosen.

Some even claim (I tend to agree with this) you have even chosen your parents and what kind of childhood situation you'd be in before you came into this lifetime in the physical world.

Put two people in the same circumstances and you often get two very differing sets of reactions.

For instance, I know someone (a teenager) who is embarrassed to be a raw foodist amongst some of his high school friends. He tries to hide this fact from other people. Yet I know some other raw food teenagers who were proud to be raw foodists. Going raw dramatically improved their lives and they are happy to share that information with others.

The same with adults going raw. Some people go raw and are afraid to get questioned by others about their diet. They are afraid to be different.

Yet in all the time I've been raw, this thought never once entered my mind. I was never, ever afraid of being ostracized because I ate raw foods. That didn't even occur to me.

Why would I care what someone else thought, I was just eating to maximize my own health, happiness and peak performance. I don't feel different because I only eat raw foods. I'm still a human just like the rest of us. Nothing different here.

When the topic of my diet comes up, I'm glad to share it with other people. I don't even get people criticizing me about it. It's the funniest thing. It seems that I know so much about it, that I rarely if ever get anyone challenging me about it.

This is because of my state of consciousness. I've attracted these situations. People can subconsciously tell that it would be futile to argue with me about it because I'm an expert in the field. But the thing is that these people I randomly meet don't know I'm an expert, but subconsciously they feel it and react to my energy. Another person doing the same exact thing to this person might get a completely different reaction.

Remember, you are the cause.

Think about your own life. Is it the situation or your own consciousness and belief system that actually controls what happens? Why is it that some guys attract all the girls and some guys just repel them? It's not even about looks, it's about your inner state of being.

Let me share a couple of more quotes from Dr. Joe Vitale's book, "The Attractor Factor." pg 46 and 47. This is taken from a dialog with a friend about taking full responsibility in your life.

(Pg 46)

"I don't sit around picturing car accidents," my friend blurted out.

"Maybe not consciously," I said. "But do you watch the news?"

"Yes."

(RH Comment: Even just having a negative, angry or fearful attitude will attract accidents and other bad things to happen to us. This has happened to me countless times when I'm angry and upset at the way things are. Things then get even worse. Whatever you focus upon you magnify.)

"Wouldn't you say the news is all about negative stuff—from accidents to murders to crises in countries we never heard of?"

"Yes, but—"

"Your mind is soaking up that programming," I explained. "And have you ever noticed how movies plant ideas in your mind?"

"What kind of ideas?"

"Well, ever notice how big business is always the bad guy?"

"You mean like in movies like Wall Street?"

"Yes! Those movies teach you that money is bad, or that it corrupts, or that wealthy people are bad," I went on. "The point is, all of this is programming your mind to attract the very things you'd prefer not to experience."

(RH Comment: This is also prevalent training in newspapers, TV news, certain political parties and even many religions.)

Unfortunately, a vast majority of people have been trained to have a poverty mindset. They believe stuff like this: "money is the root of all evil," or "if I get wealthy that means someone else now has to be poor," or "corporations are evil."

If you believe false ideas like these, you'll have little chance of becoming wealthy. Money is neutral, it's not good or bad, it's just a tool. It's like saying water is bad because you can drown in it, or your house can be damaged by a flood. But without water you would die.

The same thing is true with fire, electricity and even guns. They can be used for good and used for bad but these things of themselves are neutral. What would you do if you had no money? It's a vital thing to have.

Corporations aren't necessarily bad or evil. It's who's running the corporation. There are many very positive things brought to us by corporations. There a charitable corporations and corporations that donate to charities. There are many products created by corporations that you need and use every day of your life.

I'm also aware of many corporations that take advantage of their wealth and could care less about the welfare of people outside of themselves. This happens all the time, but corporations aren't to blame the people who run them are the ones to blame.

(pg 47) From "The Attractor Factor,"

"Look," I began. "I know a woman who has feminist sensibilities. Because she thinks men are out to rip her off, you can send her to any store by herself and if a man waits on her, she'll experience him being a chauvinist pig."

"Maybe the guy is a pig."

"He probably is, but send a woman without the belief that men are out to get her into the same store, and she'll either not get waited on by the guy, won't notice his personality, or will simply not experience what he might otherwise do."

"So you're saying we're creating it all—al of it?"

Unfortunately, I see this poverty consciousness quite often in people. So many people even think advertising is evil. If I send out an email that advertises a useful product they automatically think this is bad.

They want me to send them great and useful emails but to never have a link to a product I've either created or that I highly recommend. In virtually all the free media or nearly free media, like newspapers, radio, TV and yes Internet websites and ezines, you have advertising to offset the costs. Unless the person or organization is independently wealthy.

What people don't realize is that the quality of my information and the quantity of the information that I'm able to provide is much better since I started earning money online. This is because I can now work full time at doing this work.

When I still had my other job teaching tennis, I didn't have as much time to write. So it came out infrequently and it wasn't as good.

Also how would you know what to buy if there wasn't advertising of some sort? Even a retail location on a busy highway is advertising. If you don't want to buy anything and live your life out in nature and be totally self-sufficient, then I understand. But otherwise you are attacking the very system that makes your lifestyle possible for you.

Please realize these principles when you see advertising. Advertising, just like anything else in life is neutral, it can be good or bad. And some people would say there is no good or bad but only perception. But that's a story for another day.

Hope you enjoyed this post.

Imagination Science Manifestation Principles

*** Superbeing Secrets ***
Raw Food, Bodyweight Fitness & Self-Mastery

"How To Get What You Really Want: RIGHT NOW"

==> Fully explained below

Dear Friend,

How are you doing today? Are you having fun? Is every day a great adventure or are you struggling with life?

* Are you experiencing more Joy or more Fear?

* Is your consciousness Expanding or Contracting?

* Do you have an awareness of God (Good) or No-God and No Good?

* Are you Fit or Fat?

* Are you Raw or Cooked?

* Are you Outflowing or Inflowing?

The other day during my daily spiritual exercise, I had some powerful insights that I had to write down. I want to share these insights with you and hope that they can help you in some way.

These concepts are not necessarily original thoughts and many are derived from memories of my past readings. But this is how those insights came out in my inspired writing (plus some editing for your eyes.)

Please realize I have been studying what I call the "Reality of Imagination" for about 19 years now. I've been consciously observing the process of creation in my life and of that of my close friends.

I've been trying to unlock the secrets to creating my ideal life and help my readers do the same. These thoughts are the outcome of this quest.

My insights may or may not resonate with you because I'm not going to include much in the way of a description or why they work.

I'm just going to list the principles. But I will say one thing to start with. This is a controversial subject in the metaphysical world.

** Visualization versus Action: Which is more important?

In the study of the self-help, spiritual and metaphysical literature I get this constant question and battle raging in my mind. I think it might be an issue that pops up in your head as well.

What is more important, visualization or taking action? Or maybe all you have to do is visualize and you'll get what you want. Many people ardently believe the last point, but I believe some clarification needs to be made on this.

Firstly, we all have to realize that even visualizing is taking action. You have to focus your mind in order to visualize. It requires at least some effort and action, even if only done with your mind.

I think the rest of my point will be explained in my notes below.

** Imagination Science Principles ** http://ImaginationScience.com is my website that teaches these principles.

"If you focus on your outer world reality, you continually recreate what you see and nothing changes. Instead, you need to focus on what you want to happen in your life, not what you currently see."

* By focusing on "what you want" you naturally change your -actions- as well.

* Thought controls action.

* Thought controls emotion.

* Thoughts attract similar thoughts.

* The thought or image of the thing, is the real thing. (Inspired by Allen Says, "Money and Power")

* Any time you feel fear, anger, doubt or unhappiness you are contracting your energy flow and attracting the very things you don't want to happen into your life.

* Free Thinking: To focus on the goal and never focus on the obstacles.

* What you focus upon magnifies and attracts thoughts of a similar vibrational level.

* Always focus on what you want and never ever 'worry' about how you'll get it.

(This is what holds back 99% of people. If they can't logically figure out how to achieve a goal, they give it up. They apply logical and non-creation thinking. They look at what other people are doing and what the so-called real world is like and therefore stifle their awesome creative powers.)

* Your state of mind must be from 'having' what you want. Any thought of lack will (instantly removes your motivation to take ACTION) attract more lack in your life.

* Never allow any "emotional obstacles" in your thinking, think only of your desire and not of the roadblocks. (Note: you must deal with obstacles all the time, but always focus on the resolution of the obstacle and not on the problems it is causing you. In other words, "don't feel down or upset." This will dramatically increase the speed at which you resolve these obstacles.)

* Visualizing your goal will naturally attract you to take the right actions, think the right thoughts, read the right books and meet the people you need to achieve your goal.

* Visualization or thought creates reality on the higher planes of consciousness.

* Action is the Physical Plane equivalent of imagination or thought.

* We exist in the all the planes of consciousness simultaneously.

* What you want to do every day is to take "Inspired Action" steps towards your goals.

* Never force yourself, take Inspired Action instead. (Concept by Allen Says)

* Start a Miracles Journal. Keep track of all the magical things that happen in your life so you can look back on them in the future and realize that magic really does happen.

* Thinking is frictionless action.

* Turn yourself into a special magnet for whatever you desire. Visualize yourself as this specialized magnet that automatically attracts exactly what you desire to come to you.

* Feel like a kid just about to get his birthday or holiday presents. Feel like this as much as possible and you'll start attracting into your life the very things you desire in the fastest way possible.

* The ultimate goal in life is happiness. Every material thing you can get basically serves the purpose of making you FEEL happy. So why not 'be happy' first, since that is the ultimate goal.

* You can have happiness in every moment of your life if you just remember to focus on what you want and not let anything contract your energy.

* Even if you don't have all that you want (and you never will by the way) by just focusing on it (mentally having it) will instantly make you happy.

* Think from satisfaction. (Neville Goddard "Awakened Imagination")

* A daily spiritual exercise is like a multi-vitamin for the Soul. (John Harricharan "The Power Pause.")

* We can all be Happiness Billionaires starting from this very moment.

* To be happy - Think from your goal, not of your goal.

* Claim your desire as yours, in your imagination.

* Change your "magnetic point of attraction" (your habitual thoughts)and you change your future results. (concept from Dr. Robert Anthony, "Beyond Positive Thinking")

* We have a constant pattern of thoughts. If you consistently change the majority of those thoughts your outer world results will eventually match those new thoughts.

* The new thoughts however, "instantly change how you feel" and instantly change your inner world reality. People will be able to feel your new energy immediately. Even if they aren't consciously aware of it.

I hope you found these thoughts useful. I believe I can boil all that down to a simple eleven word formula.

*** Focus only on what you want and then take inspired action. ***

So you see IMAGINATION and ACTION work hand in hand.

Grandpa risks death & finds fountain of youth

I finally got the video from my cellphone to go with this article I posted a while back about mountain climbing I was doing with my father. I hope the video works. Below the video is the original article I sent out to subscribers of the Superbeing Secrets Letter.

Actually I have three videos now on this article post. They are all about 30 seconds long and taken with my cellphone video camera. The first two are right here and the last one is further below.

"Ageless 66-Year-Old Grandpa (My Father) Risks Death By Climbing A 6000 Foot Mountain, For 4 Hours, Without Water, Climbing Gear, Maps Or A Trail, On A 95 Degree Day."

* How my father keeps his body as fit and capable as a 30 year old. * Why age has little to do with your physical and mental achievements but poor health habits do. * See the beautiful mountain pictures of our climb: linked below.

Dear Friends,

The other day I went on the most exciting and dangerous adventure of my life. I did it with my youthful 66-year-old father, who is actually a granddad these days.

I'm on vacation now, visiting my dad in Oregon. On my second day with him we went to the northernmost redwood forest in California. That was simply breathtaking. Later that day we went to this beach and hiked 3 miles in a constant 40 to 50 mile per hour wind. I was so cold. Thankfully, the cold wind relented and warmed on the way back.

This was not an easy hike. We climbed some cliffs and had to walk over very unsteady ground including rocks and huge forests of driftwood. I know many adults who would never have even ventured the idea of doing the hike we did because there was risk of injury.

They would have thought it too difficult and dangerous. Many older adults simply wouldn't be physically capable of going on this adventure.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*

But what we did the next day was ten times harder. I must say that I'm truly amazed at my father's physical and mental capabilities.

Physically it seems he's capable of doing anything he could do when he was 30 years old. Mentally he's just as sharp as ever and still working as a consulting engineer.

His body looks the same as when he was 30, except he has a few more wrinkles and grey hairs. My father is an example of how people should be. He takes care of his health and therefore, he's not plagued by all the old age diseases that other people experience.

** Physically he acts more like a 30 year old than a typical 66 year old.

All his life he's eaten a lot of fruits and vegetables. I remember his everyday lunch at work would consist of bananas and green delicious apples. I never saw him pack anything else.

These days he eats very simply and exercises every day. He's not a 100% raw foodist. However, that might soon change. Since I am visiting he decided to try eating mostly raw. So far he's been eating about 95% raw with me and not having much of a problem or transition at all.

Later on I'll discuss one problem he had and that is typical of new raw foodists. It made his mountain climbing adventure much more difficult.

Below is a letter I sent to some friends describing our exciting and yet dangerous climbing experience.

I think you'll find it interesting and I only hope that you can do the same or better when you are 66 years of age. If you take care of yourself, there's no reason, besides fear, that you couldn't do this as well. You need strength, flexibility, great balance and courage to attempt something like this.

What I haven't told you is that he's done this climb by himself and climbed several other mountains in the area by himself. Personally, I think that's too risky, but it doesn't bother him at all. I'll include links to pictures of the area we climbed below.

** Our Mountain Climbing Story **

What an adventure I had today in Oregon with my father. I wasn't nearly as tired today. Got up to 85% of my strength back. (Hadn't slept enough, jet lag, higher altitude and I wasn't eating enough calories.) I'm catching up slowly.

We went mountain climbing. It was an incredible ordeal. I was thirsty as soon as we started climbing. I ate some dulse(which is a quite salty seaweed) before we started and we didn't bring enough water. So I was very thirsty right from the beginning.

I don't think my father understood how thirsty I was. I thought we would be down within a couple of hours and even then I didn't want to go because I knew I'd only get even more thirsty as we climbed in this 95 degree day. I had no idea of what was in store for me.

Later on my father got really thirsty as well. We started trying to chew on leaves to extract water from them, but they just made us more thirsty because of their bitter taste. There was no water anywhere on our path.

We went through every kind of terrain. We even carried bear repellant. We actually climbed two peaks. The first adventure took about an hour and the second one took a few minutes under four hours.

The climbing was physically and mentally challenging. I'd estimate only 1% of 66 year old Americans would be capable of this climb. It was a tremendous leg and calf workout. Our knees were quite sore the next day and I had blisters on both of my big toes. We were often on unstable ground, hanging on to tree branches while climbing some areas up to a 90-degree grade, like a sheer cliff.

We had to go through dense brush, duck down and all the while constantly going up very steep areas with unstable ground. My father says that this instability is great for keeping your legs strong and firm.

You never know which way your ankle will turn and you have to have good reflexes so you don't fall the wrong way and hurt yourself. This is similar to stability ball training. This kind of climbing is one of the secrets to his youthfulness.

He also feels young just because he's doing stuff most people would only attempt at a young age. The emotional challenge and the physical exertion keep him young.

In the end, the scenic views and sense of adventure and accomplishment were worth it. Especially at the end when we were saved from possibly deadly results.

For a while, I was getting a bit worried. We had no trail to follow and we were completely alone and lost, trying to go back down the steep grades of this mountain. I was constantly vigilant of losing my balance and tumbling down the mountain. I was often sliding and did fall a couple of times, but recovered quickly. My father fell at least once as well.

No one else was climbing the mountain. And we were both exhausted and thirsty and it was getting near sunset. We were also exhausted, on top of the fact that we had to get down and it was quite steep and difficult in many areas.

We often had to hang on to branches and jump to rocks. We frequently fell and slid on loose rocks. We also had to go across instead of down so we could find more passable terrain. We saw two large animal poops, maybe bear or elk. We also saw hoof prints later on and that was very high up.

I couldn't imagine how fit four legged animals that live on this mountain must be.

Near the end of coming down (I had no idea how much longer it would last. We went up for over two hour's total time.) We went up to 6,000 feet or so. We found a cool pond which turned into a stream.

That water was so cold and to us it was like "The Fountain Of Youth". It was probably melted snow. We even saw a snowy patch on another nearby mountain in an area that was protected from direct sunlight. (People ski at Mt. Hood, Oregon, all year round. And I saw the snow covered mountain from the plane. Snow was not at the lower part of Mt. Hood.)

Anyway that water was a gift from God. Just previous to that I was asking for divine intervention and it came within five minutes. I didn't expect water, but a way to get back to our truck.

I drank up the cool and I think clean water and so did my father. I still feel fine. We didn't see any pollution in this area at all.

After finding the ice-cold stream, I was totally relieved and refreshed. I felt better than when I first started the climb because finally I wasn't thirsty anymore. My legs and body were worn out but after drinking the water I had renewed energy levels.

Later on we came to the point where there was a mini waterfall. It sounded so peaceful and pristine; we both felt we were in heaven, even though we still hadn't found the road to get us back to the truck. At that point we were just enjoying our experience.

Here's a 30 second video clip I took with my cellphone camera of this little stream that saved us. Now that we took care of our extreme thirst we only had to make sure to get out of the forest before nightfall. It was very close to sunset and so we could have been stuck for a night in the woods.

That was what we were really afraid of because prior to the water, we would have had to spend the night in the woods without any source of water. So half our problems were solved by finding our little fountain of youth. I was never so happy to drink water.

** Pictures Of Our Day **

http://tinyurl.com/zb598

** My father makes a typical raw food newbie mistake

My father was exhausted also because he only had four bananas and maybe 20 cherries for his breakfast over 7 hours previous. Whereas I had about 7 bananas, plus wild blackberries in a couple of green smoothies. I was really full at the time. I also had three more bananas to try and quench my thirst before we climbed again. They only helped a little bit in relieving my thirst. However, I consumed 2.5 times the calories that my father did and we are about the same height and weight.

Later he complained that four bananas were not enough and he remembered the last time he climbed this mountain he ate a bowl of cereal just before he climbed and that his energy levels were fine then.

I explained to him that he just didn't eat enough calories. It has nothing to do with needing complex carbohydrates. Fruits fill you up on much fewer calories because they are filled with water and fiber that is missing in cooked food.

I had loads of energy. On our first climb (before I was thirsty, I was running up the mountain in the easier areas to climb. I wanted to make sure I got a good workout. (Turns out that wasn't necessary.) So I had enough energy, he just didn't eat enough calories to sustain him for such a long and taxing climb.

This is a typical problem with people first eating a raw food diet. They almost always feel full on about half to 2/3rd of the calories they are used to eating. But they complain they are always hungry or don't have enough energy.

** Old Age Is Not A Disease **

My father's physical abilities at 66 years of age are awesome. I bet you only 1% of 66 year olds in the US can do what he did with me today.

I'm sick of hearing people complain they can't do things because of their age. They believe age somehow gives them all these diseases. It's not age but years and years of poor eating, health and fitness habits that cause their so-called, old age diseases.

Heck I had arthritis in my late twenties but now at 39 and on a raw food diet, I don't have arthritis anymore. Just another example that it has nothing to do with age.

** Are they from Mars?

About ten minutes after finding the stream and drinking from several places in the stream, we actually saw two people with two dogs and a camper. I think they thought we were from Mars.

They were camping there and probably thought they were the only ones around. They were very nice and told us where the road was and would have driven us back I believe if we asked.

But we stubbornly marched on. It turns out we overshot the truck by at least a mile. We went further down the mountain than where we had started.

We had to walk uphill on the rocky road for over a mile and by that point my father was like a zombie. He was so tired that he didn't have the energy to talk.

Lack of calories was the main reason why. He hit the wall and was conserving all of his strength to make it back to the truck. I was fairly energetic and talkative at this point considering our previous energy expenditures.

We eventually made it to the truck. Just before we got to the truck we ran into a couple sitting in a car and camping there. They also seemed shocked to see us walking there.

They asked where we were going and I said to our car. They said that only goes to the river, but my father turned right and went up this hill that only a 4-wheel drive can go up. That is when I finally remembered we had driven here to park before.

Then I said to them we actually have a truck. We finally made it.

I think they were concerned for our safety and wanted to make sure we would be ok and couldn't imagine we had driven up that steep and bumpy hill.

I must say, I saw so much beauty in our quest. It was just gorgeous and the pictures won't do it justice. When we were walking back, I saw a lake we had seen from way above while we were climbing. I took a picture of it from up there. I also took several pictures of it when I saw it up close. It was really beautiful to see.

Hopefully the rest of my vacation won't be as challenging as the last two days.
