I have some exciting news to share with you. My first physical product, Your First 30-Days Raw, a live teleconference I did with Frederic Patenaude has just come out on audio CD. And you can get a free copy of it shipped to you at my expense, if you live in the United States or Canada.
If you live elsewhere, I'll give you a link to download the MP3 file version of the program.
You'll learn how to get through and enjoy your first 30 days of being raw with my system. Once you've been raw for 30 days with this system then staying raw doesn't require struggle or willpower. I'll show all the tips and tricks to making go raw as easy as possible.
Much of it is just coming from the right mindset. The right ideas can make it smooth sailing.
Here's the link to see what you could win.

What Do I Have To Do To Get The CD?
You have to take a little bit of action, but I think you'll find doing this enjoyable, educational and inspirational.
I recently released my updated for 2007 version of Think and Go Raw. I have been working on improving the information on the page that promotes it. I've also added a really powerful bonus the Raw Food Warrior Technique that I've never before released to the general public.
As I was writing the letter describing Think and Go Raw I realized I was giving away valuable raw food and life success principles right in the very letter itself. I was giving away some of my secrets to success but only the perceptive would be able to unearth these principles from the page.
I didn't directly point out the success principles. They are hidden or imbedded in what I wrote but they are really there for you to use right now.
There are even some principles that aren't directly spoken about in the letter, but they are used in it. Only the truly perceptive will notice those. I might not even notice it myself on someone else's website.
No matter, whoever can come up with the most success principles in that letter, even if I didn't recognize them myself, will win themselves a free copy of Your First 30-Days Raw, and I also pay for the shipping in the United States or Canada.
How Do I Determine The Winner?
There's one other thing you need to do. You need to write your findings on your blog and then trackback to my post.
So just write a short post stating all the raw food and or general success principles you found on this page:
http://ThinkandGoRaw.com/book.htm
Make sure to list them: 1. 2. 3. etc. I'll choose the winner by the person who generates the most number of reasons and the quality of the answer. I believe there are at least five of those principles imbedded in the letter, if not more.
When you trackback or simply link back to my post I'll be able to see it on my blog. Here's the trackback link to include anywhere in your post:

Make sure it's a clickable link.
Most blogs are indexed by the search engines. At the bottom of my blog posts there's a link called "Links to this post".
You can check there if the link for your blog is has been picked up. From what I understand, it should show up within 24 hours or much less time than that. But I'm no expert.
If you don't have a blog but want one, you can use a free service just like I do with Blogger. Google automatically indexes all of their blogs because Google owns Blogger.
This is the quickest and easiest way to set up your own website and get it listed in the search engines quickly. This means you can start getting people from all over the world seeing what you have to say. It can be set up in less than 10 minutes.
Here's the link to start your own Blogger account in less than ten minutes.

What About 2nd and 3rd Place?
I'll also be giving away second and third place prizes. Anyone who I judge coming in second or third place, will get the downloadable version of Your First 30-Days Raw.
I bet you'll have a great time with this. Setting up a blog is really easy and it's a fun way to express yourself and your ideas. Every raw foodist should have their own blog. This way we can help spread the raw food message.
But also a blog can help to keep you accountable. You can post how you are doing with your raw diet on a daily basis. Some people have used this method to help them stay motivated and to make it easier to stay raw.
I urge you to get your own blog, I think you'll end up loving it.
