How to Increase Your Energy Levels By 50% In Three Days Or Less

Are you often tired, lethargic and feeling older than you should? Do you want to get more done and have the non-stop energy of a 7-year-old child? With this report, you'll learn my # 1 strategy increase your energy levels within the next three days.

Whenever I'm shopping or out walking in NYC, I notice, I'm always the fastest person by far. Everyone does things so slowly.

I literally move twice the speed of the average person and I don't use any stimulants. I'm not trying to impress anyone, I just have so much energy, that my body wants me to use it.

Question: What Bodily Process Uses The Most Energy?

Answer: Digestion

Digestion uses up the most energy out of all your bodily functions. For the average person it takes between 40 and 60% of your daily energy needs. You're brain is the next biggest user of energy. This explains why we often need to take a nap after a big Thanksgiving or holiday feast. We spend so much energy digesting, that the body needs to shut down the brain by putting you to sleep.

If you can lower your digestive energy expenditure from 60% to 40% or to even 30%, imagine how much more energy you'd have for your daily activities. What I'm going to show you will likely drop your energy expenditure on digestion from 60% to 40% and possibly even down to 30% because it's far from what the average person does. This would result in an immediate 75% increase in your energy levels.

By lowering the energy wasted on digestion, you can easily increase your energy levels by 50 to 75%. What you eat makes a tremendous difference in how much energy and time your body spends on the digestion process.

Certain foods are difficult to digest, the more processed, cooked, and complex the food, the more energy it takes to digest. The more kinds of foods you eat and the higher the quantity of the food, the more energy is drained in the digestion process.

Raw Fruit Is The Ideal Energy Food

Fruit is predigested fuel or simple carbohydrates which basically means sugar. Your body requires the least energy to digest fruit compared to any other kind of food. The former director of nutrition for the US Olympic Team said "Fruits are miracle foods for athletes."

Fruit provides your body with its ideal, cleanest burning and preferred source of fuel, which is glucose or sugar. Every cell in the body is fueled by sugar. After sugar the body prefers fat and the least efficient fuel source is protein.

The simple sugars contained in raw fruits are completely healthy. Most people don't realize that the body cannot directly use complex carbohydrates or starches. Those starches first have to be broken down into simple sugars. This breaking down process creates a much heavier energy burden and depletes energy from the body.

I remember when I first tried eating fruit for breakfast instead of cereal and toast. Wow was I running around fast on the tennis court. I couldn't believe how much more energy I felt than the previous day. I was like a 7 year old with non-stop energy.

Fruit is the most nutritious food on the planet. A diet rich in fruits and leafy green vegetables, supplies you with virtually all of your nutrient needs, even protein and the essential fatty acids. We all know that fruits and vegetables are the healthiest foods on the planet. So why not eat more of them?

Action Plan

Make fresh fruit your morning and lunch meals and watch your energy levels soar through the roof. Eat as much fruit as you need to feel full. You'll have to eat much more than an average person considers a normal serving of fruit. By lunch I've already eaten 8 to 10 bananas.

By following this eating plan, based on Nature's design, you should notice within 1 to 3 days an amazing increase in your energy levels.

Great article! It's such a simple idea but yet so powerful - almost hard to believe it can be true yet I myself have seen the reality of a simpler diet comprised mainly of fruit. I've 'backslidden' great during these winter months but I'm slowly (slowly!) regaining ground. That's a great picture of you by the way; do you have anymore current pictures you can post?; they're quite motivational (even though I'm a female).
Thanks!
